- The ideal candidate has strong social media skills, content creation experience, and a network within the Baltimore nightlife community.
- This is a W-2 employee position with flexible scheduling options including evening and weekend availability.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Yelp, and DoorDash
- Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Snapchat
- Design and oversee the production of flyers, signage, and other promotional materials in coordination with creative vendors
- Execute grassroots promotions, including targeted flyer distribution in key locations and events
- Plan and implement corporate outreach efforts to build brand awareness and drive group bookings
- Build and maintain referral programs with local partners such as hotel concierges, transportation services, and hospitality professionals
- Identify, contact, and collaborate with nightlife-appropriate influencers to promote the brand
- Coordinate on-site brand representation, including shaperoning entertainers during off-site promotions, sidewalk/pavement campaigns, or local engagements
- Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms like Google, Yelp, and social media to manage public perception and guest satisfaction
- Support the promotion of special events, themed nights, and guest appearances through targeted marketing efforts
- Track and analyze performance metrics across all marketing channels, providing regular reports and insights to guide strategy
